If you’re not happy with your product within 30 days just send it back to us for a full refund. No questions asked. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
We provide a one-year warranty, this will be supported locally and is in addition to your rights under Australian law.
Please contact us first should you encounter any issues, normally they can be sorted out over the phone or email. But should there be an issue that cannot be fixed we will refund or replace it.
Under Australian Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
